Meet Babes In Business Long Island's Founder
I'm Jenn Fasano, Location Owner of Babes in Business Long Island. My journey into entrepreneurship wasn’t something I planned—it was born out of a deep desire for freedom. I wanted more time with my family, more control over my future, and the ability to build something meaningful on my own terms. What started as a way to break free from the 9-5 quickly became something so much bigger. I didn’t just create a business—I found my purpose in building a community. Today, I am the proud founder of Jenn Fasano Consulting, Babes in Business Long Island, and Interflow, three companies dedicated to supporting, elevating, and empowering female entrepreneurs.
At the heart of it all is Babes in Business Long Island, a movement built on the belief that collaboration over competition is the key to success. We do networking differently—we break the mold of stuffy, inauthentic networking events by creating a fun and uplifting environment where women can show up as themselves. Our events are centered around empowerment, growth, and most of all, relationship-building, because real success happens when women genuinely connect and support one another. I believe that authenticity is everything in business and in life. When women show up as their truest selves, without pretense or perfection, they build stronger businesses, deeper relationships, and lasting success.
Beyond business, I am a devoted wife and a proud mom to two incredible daughters who are now stepping into their teenage years. They are my why—the reason I push forward, build, and create. Everything I do is with the hope of leaving behind a legacy of strength, resilience, and possibility, not just for them, but for every woman chasing her dreams.
